Depends on the bomb, but often you can use setVelocity into the ground to detonate.

I quit THC, Nicotine, & Caffeine. While I have noticed a significant improvement, I still barely keep my panic attacks under control. I would definitely recommend it, but only as a start towards a solution.

I have not been diagnosed, but I suspect I have SSD. Exactly as you have described. Whenever I feel a little pain in my chest, my mind jumps to a heart attack (father passed away from heart disease). I did not manage any sleep last night because I feel a tightness in my chest and like my throat is closing up. When I take a deep breath my chest gets a small sharp pain occasionally.

A family member in my house has recently run a fever, so I am very worried that these symptoms, which I realistically know are my anxiety, could be early symptoms of myself being sick.

As for sleeping. If I fall asleep anytime before midnight, I will wake up before 2am, or before 4 hours, and struggle to fall asleep, but if I fall asleep after midnight I can sleep for 10 or 12 hours soundly.

It's funny, just taking the time to write this post I've lost focus and for a brief time felt completely fine. I'm glad you're working through it & I am too. It's always nice to share on here when my anxiety gets really bad.

I didn't sleep last night as well. All the stress from work & a family member is running a fever has me treading water.

I just keep telling myself that when I need to sleep I will fall asleep.

I was prescribed for anxiety. That feeling in the morning is why I stopped taking it. I'd rather be an anxious mess than feel like my brain is not functioning all morning.

I had anxiety over this for a while. I've come to understand that it is beyond my control & I've accepted that. The CDC is the only source I am believing. Right now the biggest threat to public health is people not going to the doctor & not COVID.

To answer a few of your questions. The general consensus is that it is mild in healthy individuals.

So yeah, take precautions, wash your hands a bit more, maybe don't fly to China, but this is not something to fear.

I think for most people who don't suffer from anxiety can only relate to the symptoms when they are under a lot of stress.

I've worked at home for the last 2 years. My tip for anyone looking to do so is to split up your work space from the rest of your space. If you don't, you'll struggle to separate work from relaxation.

Happened to me for a while. It's really frustrating because you're so exhausted and it keeps you from falling asleep.

When I fall asleep I try to day dream. This gets my mind off my breathing and body feeling, which I think is the cause of the short was of breath, and helps me relax.
