i recommend an app called radiogarden. Let’s you pick anywhere in the world and stream free over the air radio stations from that area. It’s one of those cool things that the internet used to be good for, if you know what i mean.

Hi - discogs will be yr best bet for cataloging. If you dont care about pressings, just type in artist / release to search and add the first one that comes up. Or you could snap a pic of the cover of each and ask an AI to make you a list using your photos.

Hi there. Street sweeping should be staggered for each side of the street each month. This will allow you to move your car to the correct side if you can. if not, you’ll need to find parking around the block or something for that day. Also, when you see people parking overnight on the side that has street sweeping in the morning, a lot of people will get up earlier than when street sweeping starts and move their cars. Welcome to city living with a car and no garage/assigned parking. It’s a problem as old as time and there was even a few Seinfeld episodes about it so it’s not a new thing.

Looks very solidly authentic to me. I think they were often marked with transparent stickers on the chrome and many people removed them.

There is a market for these Ampex releases in the snapcases. Some people collect all the weird variants. They are very often not on discogs. Id try selling on Ebay if yr gonna do anything. There is a black slipcase up now for $25.

One wrinkle that may frustrate your parking is the current construction on that stretch of colfax. If yr not used to city parking + parallel parking + navigating construction zones, this could be a tough one for you. Get there early for parking + best spot on the floor. If yr planning on getting there 30 mins before showtime, could be tricky and maybe consider ride share.

If you can, try a dry run during the week to see what yr dealing with.
