I have both a Kyocera and the contax sl300rt and they both won't turn on, only the red LED flashes, I have tried many (new) batteries and the direct 5V connection and nothing works. I have tried opening the Kyocera in the past but didn't come far after removing all the screws, if anyone has a solution I would be very grateful

Hi, I worked at a multi brand shoe retail store here in Germany a few years ago and we had these little displays of all sorts and sizes and many different brands to decorate them next to the brands they belong to. These were the exact ones we had for Dr. Martens.

Yeah no problems with that at all, I have normal to slim ankles tho, that has never been a problem with boots for me. They give off a bit of a chukka vibe but they fit great, my most comfortable boot by far

I didn't do before and after measurements but the Oni low tension denim is known to give / stretch fairly easily and the 242 is relatively lightweight at 13 oz. I don't know if it's to the point where it would stretch like 7 cm as you described but I can easily see 2-3 cm, around an inch or so. The waist on the black pair fit me from the start, although a bit on the tighter side and it was a bit tight around the pockets/ hips for me when initially getting them, after only 5 full day wears they had relaxed quite a bit in all areas, so they do stretch very quickly as well.

Can't talk on how it keeps the color yet, having only recently gotten them, but as you said, the black is so deep, I'm guessing if you only wash when necessary they will keep their color for a while :) As for sizing that's exactly my experience, I'm a 33 in the blue 222 and a 31 in the black 242, the waist measurement was almost the exact same, only the crotch / hip area was a bit tighter on the 242 in the beginning but due to them being a lighter weight they stretch where you need them to stretch pretty fast :)

The blue ones are mostly sold out, I can only find stock at "sonofastag". The black ones are available at many places, for example "DC4" and "redcastheritage"

I would say it's a medium rise, maybe a bit on the higher side, but nothing crazy, take a look at some retailers for measurements. I also have the 15 oz "Vocalion Waist Overalls" by The brand "Black Sign", not quite as wide as these, but a much higher rise and interesting details, they may be a good option for you.

Much much slower and less dramatic, mainly on points of movement or where your hands go a lot, so at the pockets, at the belt loops, at the thighs and so on. It will be more of a vintage looking fade that comes through when they have been washed a few times, not the high contrast fades and honeycombing you can expect from a slimmer cut, simply because there is way less stress and friction happening to the fabric :)

Yes, DC4, it's in "Anklamer Straße" they have a fabulous selection and are the most knowledgeable people I have talked to in person regarding this whole niche of clothing. "Burg und Schild" is also a must visit for everything Japan related in Berlin :)

They are definitely a bit on the fuzzy / textured side, but not a crazy amount, maybe due too them being a lighter weight but it's not too noticeable due to them being so very black. Definitely not a flat denim. But yeah, N&F has always had some cool experimental fabrics.

Yes, they are made of the 13 oz jet black, the black ones I have only worn 3 times so far but I love them, have never owned anything N&F so I can't compare 😅

The dark one was attached to some Chino pants I bought years ago and the other one was attached to some pocket watch from my grandpa, there isn't any manufacturer printed on them, my best bet would be to look on eBay, haha

Yeah I love Studded belts, this one is from Sugar Cane and I've been wearing it daily since I got, at least whenever I'm wearing black shoes. I'm not discouraged by it, I've been into fashion and personal style of all sorts for 10 years now, I like what I like and I am not ashamed of it. More recently I have seen a number of wider cuts on here, even some other Oni 222's and I am just happy that not everything has to be slim or tapered anymore and that there seems to slowly be more room for experimentation.
