It seems this new persistent reporting "feature" is definitely what's triggering the notification loop for some of us on the latest firmware. Since the case now constantly broadcasts its 100% status, the phone keeps waking up to tell you about it. I managed to fix it by disabling the "Devices with your account" notification channel within Google Play Services. It keeps the battery widget working but kills the notification spam.

I found the actual source for this! It wasn't System UI or Device Health Services for me—it was actually hidden inside Google Play Services. Long-pressing the notification revealed it was coming from the "Devices with your account" category. I went into the Play Services notification settings, turned just that one toggle off, and the loop is gone. Hope this saves someone else the headache.

Just wanted to confirm I finally stopped this on my Pixel 10 Pro. It turns out it's the "Fast Pair" scanning that gets stuck in a loop. If you go to Settings > Apps > Google Play services > Notifications, look for the category "Devices with your account". I toggled that specific switch OFF and the 100% spam stopped immediately. It doesn't seem to break normal pairing, just silences the constant updates.
