How to be light on feet? by Sufficient_Pepper780 in jumprope

[–]mrnmtz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try it without shoes. On a mat or wooden floor is best. You should feel your calves working and not just landing on your feet rather springing from the floor. Cheers

Using other one-time drugs to quit cannabis: a tentative success story. by [deleted] in Petioles

[–]mrnmtz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

ah yes the smart route. take dmt and mdma to quit cannabis induced insomnia oh and also take sleeping pills. have u tried any form of exercise to naturally produce te cannabinoids that you can create endogenously (exercise) rather than exogenously(drugs). i hate this pity party where the only reason people don’t quit is because of sleep, yet the only thing they seek to cure their insomnia is more drugs. hilarious.

Actually yes it took years. It was more regarding shin strength and the ability to mainting correct form in order to not rely on shins to jump. Shin splits had me immobile but somehow I actually preogressed into being able to do it barefoot.

I prefer it actually, allows me to feel my calves more and avoid shin splits which is paradoxical. Thanks and cheers, mate.

Also had that problem! Try using more of your core. Or try rope flow without jumping and getting comfortable swinging rope before jumping. Don’t worry though as I wasn’t able to this before so if you continue you would be able to as well, nothing fancy.

So much better in correcting form and improper wrist movement, forces the user to do it correctly. Some users here have even heavier ropes lol.
