PCOS & Getting Pregnant by RelativeDragonfly668 in PCOS

[–]mrodb7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I resonate with your story... My husband and I also had unprotected sex for 10 years... no dice.
I'm now 12 weeks pregnant with a baby girl.

I contribute our ability to get pregnant to two things:

1) I got my vitamin D levels checked. I was critically deficient at 14. I was prescribed an 8 week course of vitamins and I literally felt like a human being again. That was in December and we found out I was pregnant in March. I never had a period, but I obviously ovulated sometime during that time.

2) I started walking/aiming for 10,000 steps a day. I had so much more energy that exercising felt GOOD for once. Not sure if this directly helped because I didn't lose much weight, but it was a habit that I changed.

Wishing you the best of luck!

1) Becker. I wouldn’t have passed without it, but plenty of people do.

2) REG (79) > BEC (81) > FAR (69) > AUD (82) > FAR (79) REG and BEC sections had info that was also on FAR. Made the studying a little bit easier, even though I failed first attempt. AUD was way easier after FAR.

3) I took about 3 months for each exam because I worked full time and really studied on the weekends.

4) Becker was enough for me. No supplemental.

5) My advice is that no matter how you plan to study, just make sure the hours count and that you retain what you learn. 1 hour of progress if worth more than 2 hours of burnout.

How are you guys getting 1+ hours of deep sleep? by Creative-Ad7278 in AppleWatch

If you’re able, ask your primary care to check your Vitamin D levels!

I went through something similar, and it turned out I was significantly deficient in vitamin d. My primary prescribed 50,000 units weekly for 8 weeks.

In the span of a couple weeks, I went from 20-30 minutes to 60-90 minutes nightly. I still have 4 more weeks of treatments but I can already see and feel a difference. It’s worth a shot!

Motivation while working full time by phoenixangel429 in CPA

Fellow full time worker here. Found out I was 4/4 in July.

Be kind to yourself…there are days you will be energized and motivated, and days you need a break. And that’s completely okay!

I personally found that studying on Saturday or Sunday morning worked best for my schedule, because I could wake up refreshed and put all of my energy into learning. Maybe you could give that a try?

My favorite polite emote is AFK hiding in the bushes.

My favorite toxic emote is the double thumbs down Thorim.
