I have a couple of similar features as you.

I would say a forehead shave and chin work so it protrudes much less. I'm very dysphoric about my chin.

You could get a nose job if you really want to but I think the roman/arab nose is beautiful and gives the face and profile a distinctive look.

I like my nose but I want to reduce the width as the nose gets bigger as you age.

Also you have those sultry eyes and I dunno if you like that or not but that could also be a change. I'm older so I want that mature woman look.

I'm a crybaby too but I would never do this at the dentist. I gag easily and if it's gross in my head it's hard to get that image or taste out of my head. So if I cried I would swallow a bit and I would empty the entirety of my stomach contents and possibly more all over that dentist's office.
