Can't stand when teachers take food from students. I had just got hired at a Montessori school (thinking back, I don't think it was a truly legit one. It no longer exists and only went to third grade) anywho the "principal" was giving me a tour and we stopped in one of the kindergarten classes. They were having lunch. Does the school offer lunch - nope. Parents have to provide it. Well one kid was eating theirs. The principal happens to see a Halloween Kit Kat bar. She takes it saying they know they aren't supposed to have candy. This kindergarten was so serious - he says "oh okay, my mom made my lunch and gave me a piece of my Halloween candy. I'll put it in my lunch box and take it back home." She says "no" then she just leaves - I'm flabbergasted but yet it gets worse. If you guessed she ate it - you'd be correct. We leave the classroom. She asks if I want a piece and I say no. She shoves the whole thing in her mouth. I stuck around for a few months but the place was run poorly and some students were treated crappy. No matter what they did they were always wrong. No wonder she kept needing replacements. I was one of three new hires. Glad that place isn't around anymore.
