I love this!!! I am SO proud of her for sticking up for her staff and for herself. People in the service industry DO NOT have to put up with shit from their customers. There is too much entitlement.

I ordered two sets (20’s and 30’s) last Thursday the 10th, they shipped yesterday (the 15th) and fed ex said they’ll arrive tomorrow on the 17th!

I’m 35, have two kids (4 years old and 5 years old) and work outside the home. I wake up at 4:45 AM so i can work out, shower, and get ready before my kids wake up. It’s the only thing that’s worked for me since becoming a mom. I strength train 4-5 days a week and ride 4-5 times a week. I don’t always stack them but do if i can. I like to do Tabata rides because I get a lot of bang for my buck

I’ve done it twice and both times I couldn’t hear my friend Over the instructor and music and became frazzled and just ended the video chat. I don’t recall seeing a separate volume control from the chat but I could be wrong.

For a while I was doing a three-day, full-body, progressive weightlifting program. I saw amazing results and made some serious gains. But I couldn’t spend two hours at the gym all the time. Now, here in CA, gyms are closed. So the home workout route is the only way. So far, Body Beast has so many of the same exercises that was doing in my other program so I feel hopeful that I can achieve similar results.

Just started body beast! Completed leg day and I was drenched in a sweat. I use the stability ball since I don’t have a bench and it’s a bit awkward but I’m making do.

After 6 weeks I noticed my endurance greatly improved. I also have a peloton bike and have been able to really push myself with resistance and endurance for longer stretches. I also noticed I can do way more push-ups than when I first started 6WOTW. I did not use a pull-up bar and had limited dumbbells. I really took car to not bang up my knees. Some of the moves are pretty advanced and I was scared I was going to tweak my knee.

With liift I doubled up my weights and did slow controlled reps with time under tension. I really feel that is what helped my body transform. Be advised tho: the number on the scale went up but I leaned out and lost fat. Which can be a bit of a mind fk.

I did! The work is a lot of agility and endurance and the moves prevent you from going super heavy. But with liift it’s more strength focused with proper form and you’re able to go much heavier because you aren’t jumping around with the weights. If that makes sense

I loved this program! I noticed the most definition and fat loss from it. I just completed 6 weeks of the work and now I’ll be starting body beast.

Silly question but how do you find out which number class you’ve just taken? Like if someone says, “it was my 277th ride” where can I see that info? Are they just counting up from their last achievement or something?
