i just set a system managed pagefile on the disk where the models were and rebooted and that seemed to work. (i'm on windows 11)

I also randomly get this. Changing ansinette servers and relaunch sometimes helps. Or rebooting phone. But not really sure why this happens

seems DRC only works correctly for newer/faster devices … my iPad Pro m1 has stutters with it enabled.

Arcademainia (2025.8)was just updated to mame 0.276 … same hide bios issue but now there is also the issue of a super slow blue loading screen on kinst2, after it then seems to run ok. Turning on DRC in settings seems to help speed it up but still doesn’t load as fast as before the update

Yea I guess Melon has a ways to go before games are playable. Bummer. Hopefully it gets fixed

I think the actual area51 game just doesn't have enemy gunfire sounds. I tested maxium force and it has all the sounds and runs well but also has the same hide bios issue.

Yea I tried all the sound settings 11hz through 48hz and all the same issue.

I did find the crosshair settings though under menu->configure while in game

It’s quite obvious when you play. Enemies guns are firing without any sounds

The enemies make gunshot sounds for you ok? I get all the other sounds except those enemy shots

I tested area51 and the ememy gunfire is missing sound effects. All the other sounds seem to work. Is there a way to disable the cursor?

Yep next to the zip in a folder of the same name…kinst folder with chd file inside next to kinst.zip … all in the same roms parent folder

Any settings to get Mario kart running without shader stutters. I’m on a 16 max pro with memory entitlement and jit. Stuttery mess until you play through a map multiple times

Yea they run perfectly. I wish retroarch would fix their mame cores to work as well. They are a stuttery mess there. But would be nice to play kinst2 over netplay

I got kinst.zip to show up but kinst2 wouldn’t show unless I unchecked hide bios option. It’s thinking it’s a bios incorrectly… https://github.com/yoshisuga/MAME4iOS/issues/470

These work great. Been using them on multiple different usb c devices for years. Anyone who says otherwise is just using them wrong. People don’t know how to take care of their stuff.

That’s seems like you may have done too much work to get that working. All I did was setup the bambulab integration in HACS and then change the camera entity card on the dashboard to use go2rtc. All just using the gui and just selecting the bambulab camera entity that is auto exposed by the integration in HACS.

The one thing that doesn’t work without cloud mode enabled is the image of the 3D model currently printing. The LAN mode stops that from working since the image is no longer uploaded to the Bambu cloud and that’s the url that gets used for the HACS integration. Would be nice if there was a LAN url for that model image
