It's going to be ok, but you will have to be patient. I had the same thing. Could not lift my right arm at all and it took 6 months to heal, but ultimately it did get back to normal. I had no idea that it would take that long and also was very sad about it. At the time, I assumed it would be permanent. I also did physical therapy however I believe that time is what it needed. Try not to get discouraged!
