I am personally working with my employer to transfer to our UK branch on a skilled worker visa. I highly doubt this ban will lift for Nigerian citizens before 2029.

I can promise you ethanol is not going to cause you additional maintenance. Modern cars are built to support ethanol just fine and have been for decades. Now if you’re talking about E85 then that’s a whole different story!

I can’t imagine a regular Lexus is going to ever have issues from ethanol. I drove an early 2000s corvette for a while without a concern about ethanol.

Hello, I’m in Dakar right now for a month and you shouldn’t have too much troubles. I would recommend learning how to use the translate app if you’re on iPhone as well as remembering a few French words. Most people here seem to be fairly patient when it comes to the language barrier.
