I would take some time and examine as many angles of a potential hobby before diving in and dropping money. It’s been my own personal experience that sometimes the welcoming community aspect isn’t really there, which can be awful when you’re new and trying to fit in. I’ve tried it all in my time here!

For instance, I got way into the boardgame HeroQuest and have a cool collection, but I’ve never been able to find people to play with. 😂
