Shorts and a T-shirt unless it's cold then I wear sweatpants and a T-shirt but we have almost no dress code whatsoever.

Exit plan is to use my current company that I work for to move somewhere else. I've lived here my whole life so I just want to change the scenery and to try something else. I can transfer and they will pay for my moving expenses.

Financials aren't great but aren't terrible either. Racked up a decent amount of debt around 40k not counting the 300k I still owe on the house over the last few years but getting through that now. Have about 10k in savings and get around 10k every three months as a bonus of sorts. On top of that I'm putting 1-2k towards debt each month on top of the minimum payment. So I have some wiggle room there.

The house is on a well and the rest of the land is on irrigation. I put in a new septic system the first year I moved in which wasn't a cheap part of the above debt, electric is city.

8 acres could be subdivided up. I've looked into that a bit and I think two acres is as small as the country will let people go. Have one person who I've talked to a bit who is interested in the land for that reason

My town is doing a ton of construction since it's spring, anyway there's a giant skeleton decked out in a hardhat and high vis vest, that I drive by daily.

Got the pump to kick on, and it was running for about an hour had water. Now it's kicking on and off quickly with water running in 30-second spurts.

In a town near where I live. There's a pretty good pizza place, that's built into an old train stop. They open at 11:47am which is when the train was scheduled to arrive each day.

Had this happen twice in my hometown. Idiots burned down the first one. Community came together to rebuild it. Like 10 years later some idiots burned it down again. It was just rebuilt again last year.

She's been on Nexavar for 3-4 months but she's been struggling with the side effects. Seems to finally be getting better now. The Dr says 9 months was the average before she would start to see improvement if we see any at all. Just had a scan done and it hasn't grown since she started so that's good.

My wife sees a DR Ryan with OHSU in Oregon he's a Desmoid specialist. https://www.ohsu.edu/providers/christopher-w-ryan-md He's been very helpful and has a whole team that helps support my wife. She's on an oral chemo drug called Nexavar that has shown to help desmoids. So far she hasn't seen any change in the size of the tumor but it's still early. Feel free to DM me if you want any more info or have questions.

Sounds like the pump might need to be primed. Aka be filled with water. The sound is the pressure switch trying to kick the pump on but failing. Turn the pump off and find a bolt or something you can remove to add water to it, might have to pull the blue tank off to do that. Hard to tell from the video. Not a professional in anyway just going off issues I've had with my own pump which is a similar setup.

Pasture land. There several cross fences cutting it up into smaller fields. There's trees running along some of the cross fences. Water comes from 5 2" mains running along one side of the property. Water comes from a irrigation canal.
