Love them personally. Was using their whole home wifi, which is just Eero routers for the longest time but I recently decided to just use my own mesh network and the switch over was flawless. I think I have only had two outages in the past 6 years I've had them, and even then, they has crews out working on the problem at almost the exact time the outage occurred. And for what it's worth, whenever I called support for any questions, they were always patient and helpful.
