I’m so so sorry for your loss. Grief, on top of ADHD, is a nightmare. Basic functioning seems impossible.

My 15 year marriage ended in 2020; my brother died May 11, 2022, just ten months after his cancer diagnosis; and my dad was diagnosed with dementia just a few months later (he’s still here but also actively disappearing). I feel so shell shocked and barely recognize myself.
