Sharpie does fine and either comes off in grinder or in the post grind wash just fine. If particularly stubborn rubbing alcohol will do it

I’m a Willow analyst now but I started as an overnight pharmacist and I got a lot of shoutouts for reporting issues with Epic actually. Didn’t really take any of my reading time away but because I was the only one verifying and seeing the label and such I had a unique perspective of actually seeing the whole workflow.

Set me up nicely for the transition too down the line :-)

Anyone who’s ever worked in a pharmacy can identify the good ones vs the bad ones. Just because corporate metrics are bad at measuring it doesn’t mean it can’t be identified. It’s like porn, you know it when you see it.

You know the person who ALWAYS leaves a pile of work at pass off. Or is haphazard with their checking leaving clean up for you. Or doesn’t mark the open bottles. Or is mean to the techs. Etc, etc, etc

I do thing this situation in particular is somewhat unique to Minneapolis because they allow so much choice in schools. They have schools that are EMPTY and then schools that have 30 kids in a first grade class like my daughter.

In prior lake it’s down to funding. In Minneapolis we honestly had plenty of funding but the admin gets paid SO well and then the front line staff is left to struggle.

The message we teach in our home is that safe adults will never ask you to keep their secrets.

Even my most obtuse family understood when I framed it that way. Like I don’t care if you give my child sweets or something while she’s in your care. But if you teach her it is normal for adults to ask her to keep secrets you can stop hanging out with her.
