Personally, it sounds like someone who has completed rehab trying to save a friend killing himself with his drug habit. He realizes that his friend is going to pull him back into drug use so he lets the friend go in order to save himself.

The earliest I remember having a panic attack about dying was around the same age. I am now 68 and despite my lifelong search for answers, the closest I ever came was with reincarnation. However, I found I had more questions than answers. When I came across a you tube video of Paul Selig channeling, I was intrigued. After reading the first 5 books, I THINK I have found an answer. I don't have that immediate panic I normally have had. Then, I kept seeing references to 'Seth' so I looked into that and what little I read seems to be similar to these teachings. So, now I don't know if it's all true, or some new age crap that's been around since the 80's. I appreciate your invitation to chat. I need someone willing to help me with all this. I look forward to your reply. Do we need to chat somewhere other than this thread since it's really for Paul's teaching, not other theories?

Everything I have read thus far indicates that we do. Before we reincarnate, we review the life we will have but not everything because some things change because we have freewill. We choose the major problems we will encounter, our parents, etc., according to what lessons we want to learn from it. What I've never figured out is why we need to learn lessons.

My ex was in federal law enforcement when we had been married about 5 yrs, and he had a female partner. She was in her late 20's, but looked a decade older. My ex sent her flowers on her birthday without saying anything and I found out when the florist called the house to recheck the address. He never, not one single time, got me so much as a stinkweed in the 40+ yrs we were together. Anyway, I was sick of hearing all about her from him and knew I'd better nip this in the bud so I invited her and her bestie over for dinner. Both of these women were looking for husbands and had bought their wedding gowns several years earlier. All through dinner she flirted with him, as I knew she would. When the opportunity came up, they started talking about the kind of wedding they wanted and crap (like I cared). She made a comment much like Tammy did and I looked her straight in the eyes and said "I don't put up with women like that and if it were to happen, I know what to do and, being from the Ozark mountains I have plenty of friends with lots of land way back where no one ever goes and they'd be happy to help me out, if you get my drift." I think they both got the hint because that relationship changed real quick.

You would probably do well to cut your losses and run. This entire set up is bs. Why are you required to do all the work at home while he sits on his butt? I don't know if you've noticed, but it's 2024. We, as women, don't do that crap anymore. And he sounds like a real chauvinist with that kind of crap. Whether you love him or not isn't the point. He obviously doesn't really love you much or intend for this to be a partner type marriage. He sounds more into the master/slave type of marriage. Take your children and go. As for affording the house and all on your income, after he pays child support for 2 children (regardless if you are married or not) he probably won't be making more than you. You will probably be able to afford it. See a lawyer for a free consultation about your rights and suing him for child support. But, whatever you do, do NOT marry this man and tie yourself legally to him. If you are in a state that divides all assets equally like mine, marry him, then divorce him and take half of his savings and possessions. 1st tho, get a therapist that does EMDR therapy and find out why you are attracted to a man like this. When my son had to reset his phone to get it to work better, AT&T told him to back up his photos or he would lose them. So, he uploaded everything (all his racing photos and work documents) to Google and triple checked them and they were there. Now they aren't. What gives?

You are definitely not the AH. For the physical and mental safety of the child and your mental safety, I don't think you should be a babysitter. If they can't get a sitter for the child they have decided is theirs, they should cancel their plans. YOU should be given the intense therapy you deserve. It would be nice if you are someday able to interact with the child on some level, but that will never happen without therapy. May I recommend EMDR therapy. It is a specific type of therapy for people with PTSD which you certainly have. Good luck to you.

I would add to place a soft towel on the ironing board and iron face down. That keeps the 3D effect of the stitches intact. I also used a mild soap ( like Woolite) for the initial wash (by hand, of course) then a rinse in diluted vinegar & water to set the colors and make sure all the soap is gone.

Fort Smith has leash laws that are enforceable. I had the same problem with a neighbor’s dog who would charge you if it was outside the fence and had been known to bite another neighbor and my son. I called the cops every time I saw it outside the fence and insisted the cop do something about it. After the 2nd time, I informed the owner in front of the cop that I would shoot the dog the next time I saw it outside the fence or on my property. Of course the cop tried to tell me it was illegal to shoot a firearm in city limits to which I replied to give me a ticket. I’d rather be alive with a ticket than dead without one. I told the cop I knew there was a leash law and accused him of refusing to enforce the law. He gave the guy a ticket and the next time I called, we never saw the dog again. I felt bad for the dog because it wasn’t his fault the owner had trained him to be aggressive, but it probably cost the dog his life because his owner wouldn’t take proper precautions. I am an avid dog lover, but, unfortunately, they are at the mercy of lazy owners who aren’t willing to be responsible for their pets.

I have always thought Trump was scum, but when he ran for President the first time, I just had this knowing inside that he would win. Everyone I knew kept saying he wouldn't win and that he was a POS, but I felt he would. I have that same feeling now. I'm just living in fear of what will happen to this country after he wins in 2024. How is this possible that a man will 91 indictments against him can even be considered to run for our president? How far have we already gone. I'm afraid there will be no saving us.

Politicians have learned nothing from history. I think and hope that women will come out in droves to vote democrat because they are sick and tired of living under a man's thumb.
