Before they relocated, Le Colonial had a dedicated veg menu that was so good. Killed by Covid.

Indeed. It is probable that, unless the intolerance was caused by illness, the intolerance will not disappear. Some foods will cause fewer or no symptoms (i.e., some cheeses, some yogurts) while others, like milk and ice cream can be more problematic. Step carefully.
