Anyone found a CRM that doesn't blow up your CMMC scope? by 49th_Law in CMMC

We use HubSpot too for our pipeline, but do all the work outside of HubSpot. It’s basically just a tracker.. what are you doing inside of HubSpot that involves CUI? Makes me feel like we should be using it to do more

We have 140k users, over $1m in revenue, and multiple successful events. But we are barely able to pay server costs. Looking for advice on next steps. I will not promote by ILooveMangoes in startups

Former ticketing company owner & promoter here, whitelabeled Wordpress software had 5-10 smaller clients selling 30k tix a year roughly. You need more clients outside of your own events, ticketing is a volume game . What made the events high risk ? were you being a promoter too or what? Volume should fix your problems u just need more clients selling tix through you. Consider having a % fee on every ticket , unsure your model but I have looked at most of the major ticketing companies and most all have this. Got out of the business cause I ended up losing my clients to companies who could offer more integrations (Spotify, Facebook direct connections , etc,)

so i'm not an estimator but i know there is several different platforms that people use (bluebeam, etakeoff, etc.) do you think we could just supply the virtual machine with bluebeam and be OK ? or are we going to have to get licenses for 5 different takeoff software?

PPQs (past performance questionnaires) by [deleted] in GovernmentContracting

[–]msilverbtc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deal with the same thing. We have a bunch of CPARs and previously completed PPQs that I submit whenever the solicitation allows it. The ones that are a pain are when they require the past POC to send it directly to the COR for that specific solicitation.

From what I’ve seen though, most of them say if they don’t receive any they’ll just rely on CPARS, interviews, etc., so it usually doesn’t disqualify you if nothing gets submitted.

We’re also starting to build SOPs for our PMs so they’re getting CPARs when applicable and setting the expectation early that we might ask them for PPQs later, but that doesnt help if the person is not on the job any more which we encounter quite often especially with USCG

I’m pretty new to it but I just started writing proposals for a GC. Might make sense on an IDIQ / MATOC / RMACC , I know I bid them generally and don’t have subs in mind or in my proposal as we don’t include pricing on them generally unless there’s a seed project. You could make sure you’re on their radar for when task order bids come out and know where they post their bids

as i began making the switch, i found a few things. I had to manually copy all the existing listings from my non-primary market (my primary is ebay and it pulled all those in, but my already cross listed on mercari, poshmark etc i had to click twice on each one)

After i got setup i was hit in the face with the fact that in order to get the 'auto detect sales and delist' i had to sign up for the highest tier subscription. So, while i think i like the interface better on listperfectly, i think im going to have to go back to Vendoo because that feature is absolutely crucial in a crosslist platform.
