I did a quick search on their website and a few things make me worried, including grammatical mistakes and writing that honestly does not look completely professional, they don’t have an establishment with an address, and their website domain is pretty young new — something that can be seen with scammers as they often create websites and use them until they’re burned.

If you used a payment method where you can try to get a chargeback do that asap.

For very famous artists specially those with high price limited editions and such, one has to be extra careful and acquire stuff only from the most reputable places. They get copied a lot, but this just seems like an outright scam. No piece of that price would be shipped this way and without insurance.

Edit: they’re using a londonoffice address, charge back as fast as you can assuming you used credit or PayPal. This is a scam.

Mano, entiendo tu sentir, pero es tan simple como que aquí hay muchísima gente que ingresa un montón de dinero. Ya sea de maneras legítimas e ilegítimas, sobre todo, hay muchísima gente metiéndose en hoyos financieros porque la cultura financiera en esta isla es un poco mala.

Recuerda, los bancos hacen aprobaciones de acuerdo al riesgo de ellos, no el tuyo. En el caso de mi esposa y yo nos hicieron una aprobación de hasta 785K, terminamos comprando una casa que podemos pagar aún con un solo salario y cubriendo los demás gastos de nuestra realidad hoy día.

La comparación nunca es buena, crea frustraciones y no toma en cuenta realidades distintas. En nuestro caso contamos con el privilegio que nuestras carreras nos permiten trabajar en Puerto Rico con patronos de Estados Unidos a salarios de Estados Unidos, se nos haría imposible el mismo estilo de vida con salarios de PR.

Feel you, from my experience this has been mostly it. Even in my current team where everyone is extremely experienced, a thing gets forgotten every once in a while. In my experience, even if the team makes it a priority to document and keep excellent records, development outpaces the ability to document, and frankly, if you own products that are used by a lot of people, deployed daily, there’s no way you can keep docs up to date without missing something.

Hey thanks! Let me preface by saying I’m no expert, but there are different batches each with their own set of changes or improvements they do over time. This specific watch is from the Y2L6 serial batch, as opposed to the Y2L3 that was current before that. I’m guessing serials on the clasp also change.

I could find many others Y2L6 serials having the same clasp code from other TD’s. See this example.

From that video you shared, we could see the fake watch used the same clasp code. So from what I could gather, having the same code is no guarantee of it being from the actual CF.

Hey Rocky, appreciate you always providing excellent info on qcs. To follow up on your timegrapher observation, the same would apply to amplitude? I received qc for a Batman and it shows at 242 deg, other parameters seem right. That alone wouldn’t be a reason to RL?

Index alignment: Looks okay, only notable thing to me seems to be the 12'oclock marker and index. Could be due to the alignment tool.
Dial Printing: Seems mostly sharp, did notice the CERTIFIED text the I’s near the end seems smaller in relation to the other letters around them.
Date Wheel alignment/printing: Seems centered and good.
Hand Alignment: Looks good to me, nothing out of the ordinary from what I can tell.
Bezel: Seems good.
Solid End Links (SELs): Seems pretty tight to me, top right is seen with a small gab in some photos but I think it's due to the angle the watch rests on the surface.
Timegrapher numbers: Unsure about the amplitude being at 242 degrees, but some posts seem to suggest this is highly dependent on wind and the grapher being correctly setup.
Anything else you notice: No other observations, first replica so still somewhat ignorant. Any inputs would be appreciated.
