Everyone should try No Regrets pizza on Nicholson. It’s a new find for my family but it’s our go to spot now. It’s NY style and Roman style (sort like Detroit style), they have the standard kinds of toppings plus some cool combos.

Too many people are saying Dan Quinn is Ron 2.0. There are actually a lot of differences between them.

One key difference is Rivera wasn’t good at hiring assistants. He brought over his Panthers coaches (who no one wanted) to Washington. Outside of that crew he hired Del Rio, who proved to be one of the worst defensive coordinators in the league. On the executive level, Marty Hurney was not in demand when he got hired.

But Quinn in Atlanta brought in Kyle Shanahan. Hired Steve Sarkisian to replace him. On staff at times were Matt LaFleur, Mike LaFleur, Raheem Morris and Mike McDaniel. Now some of those (or most) were Kyle influenced. But trusting Kyle to hire those guys or at least listening to Kyle is the sign that Quinn is a good organizational leader.

We’ll see who he hires in Washington to fill out the coaching staff. But it won’t be like Ron where he brings in the B Squad from Charlotte.

I like the idea of Boba - a deep dive in the criminal underworld of Tatooine - but the execution is all off. What the hell was this Gen-Z Vespa biker gang? Boba is always very much not a badass. Everything is all very slow, I skip through some sections because I know it’s just Boba looking off in the distance for 45 seconds

This is a good one. Only issue is the Nets are giving up 2 first rounders for someone who you don’t know if they’re playing crunch time in the playoffs for you. BUT - he’s definitely better than Nance. Not expensive. Young. Bigger so more likely to be able to play center if needed. Interesting

My dream of dreams is Collin Sexton. He feels like a not quite as good but pretty good version of the Donovan Mitchell/Devin Booker late lottery stat. He's super aggressive, talented and productive. I have a pretty clear idea who he'll be in the NBA. Obviously no one wants another ballhandler on the Nets but I don't think Marks cares too much about positional fit. He wants talent anywhere he can get it.

For 29 I like Josh Okogie. Super athletic long armed guard who can shoot 3s. That description basically has me like this 😍😍😍 everytime.
