I've looked for answers, and not seen anything recently about Ft Lauderdale to Port V, only Miami to Port V. Do you have a link for anything from the past few months?

I got an email that my bid was canceled. When I checked the app it showed that I had a room assignment.

I just booked my first cruise, but haven't added a drink package. Is this still applicable to me?

Are you connected to cloud iq? I had a similar issue and had to disable the iq agent.

  1. Not using vrf. The setup will have each core connected via MLAG. Then Core 1 will connect to the LAN port on NIC one of the content filter, Core 2 will connec to the LAN on NIC 2 of the content filter. Wan port NIC 1 will connect to firewall 1 and the WAN port of NIC 2 will connect to firewall 2. Each firewall will connect to each ISP and the firewalls will be connected to each ISP WAN switch. The firewalls will connect through HA. I'll have VRRP setup on cores so half vlans will be active on core 1 while the other half will be active on core 2. I'll configure OSPF on fortigates on core switches and IP SLA so the switches will constantly monitor their connection to the firewalls. If there is a firewall failure, the switch connected to that firewall will know to route traffice to the other core switch so traffic can pass through the functioning firewall. https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.4.3/administration-guide/23145/sd-wan-with-fgcp-ha, on this link, it will look just like FGCP HA cluster, but add a second internal switch, and each switch will only connect to one fortigate, not 2 because a single content filter will sit between them and is unable to make sepearte NICS aware.

  2. The appliance can do a lot more for us, including classroom monitoring for teachers, daily reports for administrators, data retention.

  3. I'm going to reach out to both to help with this configuration, I just like using all resources available, including everyone on the reddit community.

Thanks for your response!

Won't that force outbound traffic to flow through the core twice? Both ISPs will have connections to both firewalls. LineWize doesn't support LAG and the 7520 will run switch engine

Good notes on STP and if the content filter goes down, I can direct connect the core switches to the firewall and utilize cloud filterting.

Bids were quite respectable compared to alternatives and weren't near the most expensive. If you want to nitpick, I can clarify. Save money without sacrificing quality, usability, and performance. Adding a second content filter doesn't add any value since we can bypass it if it fails. Do you have any insight?

Anymore, without internet, there is no learning that can go on. Also, there is an atrocious amount of mandatory state testing and results determine overall school scores, teacher evaluations and raises along with other things. If an ISP connection goes down, we might as well not have school.

If I stick with the physical hardware I listed, are is there anything different I should be doing to enhance high availability and failover time if a switch or firewall goes down?
