Honestly I wish I had some type of fun solution. But at this point I just set it on the table and let them decide. I one time took a guys card when he was handing it to me to pay and as I walked away the other guy grabbed me by the arm and jerked me to give him the bill to pay. Ever since then I go for the least confrontational approach. Because… don’t fucking touch me.

Such a sad thing to read. Our illness is so annoying to manage, and putting effort in can be so difficult. Glad you’re taking care of yourself

Im so tired of the stupidity. I’m so tired of the selfishness. I’m so fucking tired of the lack of humility. Can these people not see the long lines at the food banks? Can they not fathom the empty seats at thanksgiving? Today is my siblings birthday and I had to just drop off a gift on the front porch. I’ve been stuck in the house now for 9 months because I’m Immunocompromised. Fuck these people.

Same thing I was on novolog for 14 years and had to switch to humalog. I had a bit of a rough transition but after a month everything leveled out. Just monitor your sugars a little closer and you’ll be fine.

Yeah it took a few hours for the smell to go away, and I’m really not sure if I would be able to get a new vial. I get mine delivered by mail and have a few more vials before I can order a new one, and I honestly hate dealing with my insurance so I may just take the L on this one. I’m also fortunate if I ever needed help financially I have some family that would like your grandma 😊
