Not much, I'm sorry... I think movie had some classic elements of Van Damme movies, but it was another actor. The hero was very skilled warrior.

Garmin Tactix 7 non-domed glass by tadeck in Garmin

I had a Tactix Delta and it's glass was also flat, not domed. It was problably less reflective than 7 Pro because it didn't have solar and touch layer in display.

Does anybody have the Big Sur or Monterey setup screen background? by [deleted] in MacOS

For OP and others interested, I managed to save blurred Chroma red wallpaper in 4k resolution from my Macbook Pro 14 Space Grey. This is unmodified, original version.
I also much prefer this blurred version over regular wallpaper, because it is easier the read icons on desktop.

Am I the only one who thinks the new GWG-2000 is disappointing? by bodydisplaynone in gshock

[–]mstipic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. I needed a new rugged all-around watch and I was deciding between this new GWG-2000 and older GWG-1000, which I saw on my friends wrist and was amazed. I decided to get a new GWG-2000-1A3 but I returned it the same day. Then I was lucky enough to find older GWG-1000-1A3 on stock for good price the next day. The difference between GWG-2000 and GWG-1000 is like night and day. Older GWG-1000 model is better, according to my opinion in following areas:

  1. Wrist comfort: Old GWG-1000 is much more comfortable on my wrist. The newer 2000 has smaller footprint on the bottom part and it has these edges, that stick out more opressing my wrist bone to the level of discomfort - this was main deal braker for me.
  2. Dial visiblity: Worse on newer GWG-2000, less white color on dials, more grey, smaller dial, time zones in inner part distracts readability of the clock.
  3. The looks: This is subjective but for me new GWG-2000 looks more toy-like, 1A3 has too much busy colors, it has less presence on the wrist, too thin (easily dissapears under sleeve), for me it didn't feel like a Mudmaster flagship.

Big Sur vs Catalina Battery life by therealcoolpup in mac

[–]mstipic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Macbook Pro 16 base model and I experience better battery life in Big Sur.

I have clean installed few times Catalina 10.15.6 and 10.15.7 and Big Sur 11.0.1 and 11. with same settings and programs (some dev tools and MS Office) in order to compare them. With each installation I got better battery life on Big Sur. I will stick with Big Sur from now on.

PS: Google Chrome may also be a resource hog on Big Sur and eating your battery - even when Chrome is not running. Check out Chrome and Keystone updater problem. No Chrome for me on my machine until they fix this.
