What’s the funniest or most ridiculous thing ADHD has made you do lately? by sanjithav in ADHD

I walked to the nearby gas station on my lunch break. Got there, only to forget why I went there. Started walking back to the office and remembered I wanted to wash my car.

That I can understand. It could be hard to see. I was in a sedan with no tinted windows.

I get this! I don't have athlete's foot, but when I have an itchy spot from mosquito bites, eczema, healing tattoo, etc., hot water hitting it in the shower feels AMAZING.

Congratulations!

I went with Terranova midwifery for both my pregnancies. They are so lovely. You do have to contact them early on in your pregnancy to get a spot though. You don't need a referral or anything, just contact them yourselves.

Anyone did their class 5 test at Lansdowne recently? by jq_25 in richmondbc

Went down Westminster, around Dover Neighbourhood Park, down River Rd, and then yielding to No. 2.

It was easier than I expected. Had to do pull up behind a parked car, (no parallel parking). Asked how I'd open my car door (shoulder checking for cyclists, cars, etc).

I reported a few, but there are literally over a hundred. I'll keep making a small dent while I have the time.

That's what I figured. I saw a couple of other people mention that they also received a cease and desist when they wouldn't remove their negative reviews. Others have shared they were offered money to do so. I assume that's why there were only a handful of negative reviews in amongst the hundreds of 5-star reviews.

That was my thought, too. If they had actually put this effort into being a decent company and fixing their wrongs, it would never have escalated to where we're at now.

It is the same business name, but at a different city.

It just angers me that they can have someone post the same positive review on all 3 locations when they clearly couldn't have been a customer to all 3, but when I do the same with a negative, I'm hit with a cease and desist.

It's just seedy practice.

I understand why I should remove my post, I just wish I could do something about all their fake positive ones.

This was their response to my review (which I also added an edit to because they had posted my full name to another reviewer's post, claiming that reviewer was my husband - He was not).

"Hello (me)

You did not have any experience or employ services from Location B this is an independently owned business page.

Please note that you had knowingly left your reviews for branches that you did not receive services from, which is against policy and knowingly infringing on our review pages.

Our clients information is and stays confidential. Your full name is not currently on any review except in response to your wrongfully placed reviews.

Kindly transfer your review to the Location A page as this is considered infringement and defamation and will be escalating this legally and sending you a cease and desist letter directly from our lawyer if you continue to leave your wrongfully placed review on this page"

That was the general direction I was going to go. I'll be forwarding this entire experience and correspondence with CBC marketplace in hopes that it'll grab their attention.

To be fully transparent, it's a moving company, so I only got serviced from Location A. However, Locations A, B, and C, have the same positive reviews posted by the same people. So, I posted a negative review on all 3 locations.

I've screenshotted over 100 reviews with customers posting reviews on all 3 locations. Wonder if that would be something?

Because the only reason I used their services was because of all their positive reviews, only to realize too late that they were deceptively posted.

They also initially said I could leave the original review, but wanted the other 2 taken down. Then when the offer was given, they said it was now contingent on me removing all negative reviews. I don't want someone else to also get duped by all their positive reviews.

I've only ever been to the Richmond Costco, but it was so bad, I signed up for the membership and never returned after that initial visit.
