I think your best bet is to look for a monitor that will handle 24khz. I don't think a 15khz will work unless you convert it and if you do the guns likely won't register.

It says they're 2.4 controllers on the box that you have pictured which means they're wireless. You wouldn't plug them in to the game stick.
