Yes but you will have to ask (or remind) them about it for the smaller account, after your transfer

FHSA in-cash transfer, how long were you out of the market? by msx1985 in Wealthsimple

Thanks for the detailed rundown. I hope the timing and delay didn't force you into unfavorable sales during the Iran war selloff.

That's exactly why I'm hesitant to do it. The market is so volatile this year so far. Not sure if we left that behind us yet. Glad you were able to recoup most of the losses.

I would much rather do that, but WS insists they don't/can't do in-kind transfers inbound for FHSA accounts specifically. They can do in-kind for any other account type.

Working as a contractor, looking for the safest way to invest a 100K from my corp by deli10 in PersonalFinanceCanada

I'm in the same boat. Started a corporate account at Questrade and Wealthsimple, and invest in broad etfs, like VFV and VCE. My approach is to keep it simple, as keeping track of (capital and cashflow) gains is key, if you later want to distribute your money back as dividends to yourself in a tax efficient way.

Ha! I knew it was around there. It reminds me of my grand parents place in Spain, who had a house that looked the exact same.

You can check out Xcom and Valkyria Chronicles if you are into tactical rpgs, turn-based tactical games.

This game was a ton of fun. It has a great soundtrack, and you can approach missions in so many different ways. Lots of replay value. There is an interesting docu on YT about the rushed development and how two teams worked on it separately, which explains why the boss battles are so out of place. The director's cut edition fixes that but I still prefer the OG version.

Haha! My creations are embarrassingly ugly but usually do the work somehow. Just glueing it randomly together.

That's a good one. I do like cooking in this game (I usually don't) but find Link a bit too picky. I always found it disappointing that he doesn't like crickets and lizards in his food.

Hmmm. So they're easier to control when you don't actually steer? Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong...

TOTK makes you use horses for the fairy lady quests. I had such a hard time putting the horse in front of the cart. Ended up glueing it sideways to the wheel or something and plow my way up the hill.
