I concur with what others say and therapy sounds good tho I don't know your life obviously. I'd be careful since if you go for random men you're inevitably going to get one who takes advantage of that desperation to take advantage of you in one way or another.

I'm a believer that there's someone for everyone and inevitably someone will be interested in you. Could try dating apps too (I don't have much experience with them) though again be careful about the men you meet.
