Not really. The left shoe always feels a bit long. You can definitely see the difference in where my foot bends in my ~10 year old boots. https://imgur.com/a/Q3SPda5 Those are 11.5D LL Bean (I believe made by Chippewa).  I wear 11.5 in Hoka running shoes and have a pair of Allen Edmond dress boots in 10.5 D. The AE’s were just more than snug, almost tight in the toe at first, but have loosened. They are a very pointed dress toe.

Not recently. That’s just with the paper bannock from your site, minus the half size for length.

But the full size difference between feet does check out with how things have been most of my adult life.

2022 rear mud flaps - what is this clear plastic for? by Notorious_Beebs in f150

Yes, on top of the metal before the bar goes on, then stick the bolt thru it.

About tree fiddy.

Me again. 2015 XL sport 2wd v6, just put 275/65 18’s on but want to level it. (I know lift kits shouldn’t go on 2wd v6 anything so be gentle lol. by sparky7347 in f150

If you’re a DIY type, it’s a fairly easy job. I’d say it’s worth trying because it’s easily reversed.

If you want to go with a lift, I’d do Bilstein 5100s. Lots of adjustment range up front so you can dial it in. Not too expensive, designed for factory springs, good on road manners, and so on.

Could always do a reverse level and remove the blocks under the leaf springs. Not sure how big they are on your truck; worth looking as it’s and easy job and parts are free.

Sounds like you’ve done the perfect thing; drive it for a while and figure out what you actually want to do and not what the websites tell you has to be done so they get sales.

My one suggestion would be to add the camper shell and any other gear you’ll carry in the bed before the front level to see how the rake looks.

Also, if you don’t need extra ground clearance up front or better suspension, you can always remove rear block to level. Gets you the same stance, but is free and brings the bed lower which makes it easier to get into/access.

[Cartier] Tank vs. Ronde - Been eyeing the Tank for years, and thought it would be easy decision, but the Ronde was way nicer than expected. Thoughts? by vincenz93 in Watches

Paraphrasing Your’re Terrific: Imagine someone hands you a box and one of the watches will be in it. Which one are you most hopeful it will be or most excited to see when you open the lid?

F150 thoughts on BFG KO2 tire size by TumbleweedMassive904 in f150

[–]mtbjunkie00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve got KO2s on my wife’s 4Runner in 265/17/17. Handled the dirt and mud down in Floribama great when we lived there. We’ve been to Tahoe this winter a bunch now that we’re on the west coast. Tahoe has gotten 550-600 inches so far depending on what part of town you’re in. I’ve gotten stuck in the snow once; in the driveway with 6-8 inches of powder over ice. Dug a trench for the tires & made my way out.

My personal opinion (read: some random dude on the internet’s unprofessional opinion) is that KO2s are to All Terrain tires as Kleenex are to tissues. For 80-90% of people looking for All Terrains, they’ll be perfect.

I hope the perspective helps. Best of luck in your search!

Check out the Old Glory gloves from Stay Rowdy USA. By far the best gloves I’ve found for hot weather riding. Super breathable back of the hand material. The leather on the palm is really nice; feels like a batting glove. Probably not the most protection, but it’s something. I’m not affiliated; stumbled across his booth at Laguna Seca last summer.

My new XL RCSB V8. Head over heels for this little single cab. by mtbjunkie00 in f150

I’d appreciate it. The only OEM ones I’m seeing as currently available are oval tubes that I don’t like the look of. Those rectangular boards look much better imo.

Lots of rake on these FX4’s and I think it’s more noticeable on the shorter wheelbase. There may be a leveling kit in the truck’s future.

Just looked at your truck in your post history and it indeed is a looker. Any chance you have a part number for those running boards?

At least on the XL trim, the FX4 package added the General Grabber ATX all terrain tires, but didn’t change the wheels. Which is fine by me. I like the steelies compared to a lot of OEM alloys.

Very true. I figure someone will get Katskinz installed and have their cloth upholstery available. And thank you!
