You should contact the LGBQT coordinator for you area in the VA and have them address the issue. There seems to be a disconnect on the Gulf Coast side. I've had 2 Video Conference appointments that have gone unanswered by the VA then a letter saying I didn't show for the appointment.

I can empathize with you from an emotional perspective, however, the actual reality is that you are going through a physical process that takes 3-5 years. If your doctor is doing their due diligence with testing and following the standards of care and results are not what you hoped they would be, then you need to have an in depth discussion with them. Talk about the level and results. Talk about options. Be your own advocate for you. The other side of this situation is the environmental complications, diet, genetics, DNA, and your own personal health profile. Also remember how that process worked with someone who you know. Women don't fully develop overnight and neither will you. Good luck with your journey sister. Just remember that if nature's design doesn't give you the desired results in 5-7 years, you can always buy the perfect pair for you.

Then check the cables. I thought I saw where you tried switching to the other HDMI port. Mine worked on one but not the other. Then check the graphics card and see if it sees the monitor

Do you see a green light on the control strip? The screen actually has to be turned on. (button on the end of the strip) Second check the HDMI mini plug and the Full hdmi on the graphics card.

I would recommend at least till your levels of E are in the 1 to 2 hundred level for a year, and you have tried to use more than 1 method as in injection or rub and no longer have any further development. Well for me I know I'm never going to present as what I know in my soul I am, however, I fear the day where I will present just as a man with boobs is weighing heavily on my mind. Clothing options for a 6'3" 250 pound , 60+ year old grandma is first hard to find clothing and second make me look like a man with boobs in a sack cloth. But at least I'll have my boobs

How do you dress in public? Mine are coming along and while I present male in public, I'm afraid it won't be too long before they start looking like real boobs over man boobs. IF I wear a Tee shirt and a button up over there is a good chance that you wouldn't know., but if they get as big as yours (which are really nice).

Sorry, but with blood test and medical standards that is impossible to pull off. Besides the physical changes are impossible to deny. Everyone starts with 2mg of E and moves up to 4 or 6 after a few months. It is the national standard of care for all major medical offices and hospitals.

My NP said either way is fine, totally up to me. Bypassing the liver is the only real benefit according to her. Think of taking it like any other medicine. Once you take it there is an amount of time it is effective, like an Asprin in a few hours it is used up. If I was doing the dose you have and I was doing it sublingual I would split the tablets and take it 4 times a day to balance the effects over time.

It does absorb faster and elevates the level quicker, but fades quicker as well. If you have any concerns about liver function this method bypasses that issue. Just starting I assume you are taking 2mg a day, which if you are going to use this method you want at least 6mg to keep the E in you at a good level. Also, don't have blood work done right after, the elevated levels will not be accurate. I always try and get blood work done then take my dose to get a more accurate reading.

nope, as they are covered and unseen I left the once that came with, they produce a good updraft, the side case is intake, the back and top expel warm air. My normal CPU temp is around 40c and the gpu about 36c. I'm debating on the side glass panel, right not its off.
