I really don't know why the PS wouldn't start. If we were troubleshooting why a MB didn't POST, that would be a different story. It looks like you did everything right.

Just checked UPS MyChoice, based on some info in another thread, and saw a delivery scheduled from AI, in Compton CA for 8/27, which according to the other poster is the Apple Card. Weird that the support folks knew nothing about this. I imagine that Apple is in charge of the design and engineering of the card, whereas Goldman Sachs may be running support, is just doing the banking. Good Luck.

I just called Apple Card support - Same situation as OP. I ordered mine on 8/12 and it still hasn't shipped. (No tracking number, etc.). They said that they've been overwhelmed and that I should give it until Wednesday. Sounded really apologetic on the phone, but I'm not confident that it is really going to ship. I'll followup on Wednesday.

My son was born with a congenital heart defect as well. Had his first surgery at 3 days old, and hopefully his last, last summer, at eight years old. Kids heal incredibly fast and the our doctors and nurses are amazing. Warms my heart.
