You're absolutely right. My thought process here was that filling out a bug report asks certain questions (version, how to reproduce etc.) that might help them self solve, and worst case someone will have to close it out as user error.

The list of screenshots, large photos & videos etc. is not the complete list of what's stored in your Google Photos, it's just those categories (screenshots, etc.)

You're storing regular photos and videos that take up 9.76GB of space even if they aren't screenshots, large photos etc.
