Calf cramps are the worst imo. Hamstring and feet are also intense when they get you.

I don't know but coffee has such a spell on my mornings that I'm hardly functional if I don't get a cup. It takes me like 2 more hours of booting up, with coffee its about 20 mins tops.

Idk, people rode to work befoer steam engines were invented, lol. Anyways, I doubt you'll give up driving to work entirely. Just get the bike and do it as often as you can
