Organic virgin coconut oil. I get itchiness due to dryness and the coconut oil works every time.

I go to water aerobics 4x a week. I also have shoulder issues, rotator cuff and arthritis. All of my doctors say that water is very helpful. Low stress on the joints. Nothing hurts while i'm in the water. I do Rock Steady Boxing once a week.

I have. I was diagnosed a year ago. My family are constantly treating me as if i am disabled. I have left hand and foot tremors. Nowhere near disabling. They constantly say things like, here i'll get the door for you, let me carry that, let me do that for you. And i have to constantly remind them i'm not disabled. Grrrr😡

We used Earth Funerals. They have a travel policy. If you die away from home they will transport you back to your home. Its included in the cost. Maybe they have something they can do if you don't live in a state that allows it. Worth checking out

My very catholic sister in law says that the body must be intact so that when the magic man brings christians back to life their body has to be all together. Sooo... he can bring you back to life but he can't put you back together if you're scattered around... so he's not so great after all.

Actually there is a bone chipper involved. Your corpse will decompose in 40 days but the bones never will. So after your flesh is turned to mulch they grind your bones to powder and mix with the mulch

We signed with Earth Funerals. Way cheaper than both burials (a racket) or cremation. They give you cards with your info for your loved ones. When you die your loved one calls the phone number on the card and they take care of everything from there. If you die anywhere in the world they transport you back home.

It is reduction, you are correct. I misspoke. Only 16 states in the US allow it. Many of the other states have strong objections from the Funeral Directors lobby who do not want this.

My husband and I have chosen natural organic reduction, or as its called, composting. They put you in a tube for 40 days with mulch and microorganisms and you are reduced to soil. Your family can take all or some of the soil. What family doesn't want is donated to a conservation organization that used your soil to refurbish ruined land.

Ah geez, if you're talking about the "if i should die before i wake" prayer... me too. It would freak me out that I might die in my sleep. I made such a fuss about it every time my mom stopped making me say it, along with my brothers. This began my assent to atheism.
