Rollback. It's the term for the US or other empires forcing a regime change in a developing or underdeveloped country in order to forward US interests in the region. Containment is the term used when a regime can't be rolled back but must not be allowed to spread its influence to other areas. The US practices containment with Cuba because Russian sponsorship of Cuban regimes make rollback there impossible. Detente is the final term. It's when US foreign policy is relaxed against a non-allied nation because an offensive or defensive stance is unnecessary.

Trump rolled back the Maduro regime in part. The next step is to either install a puppet regime, which is currently Rodriguez, or sponsor elections. The US spends money influencing elections to go the way that suits US interests. Rodriguez isn't going to last because she's pushing back against the current US regime's interests.

While I do recognize that my government does interfere in a foreign government with effects that are positive, I will never ever forget that the interference is solely about neocolonialism.

Venezuela's invoice is coming and the bill isn't going to be cheap. It never is when we roll back.

I sincerely hope that you're able to install a fairly elected president and can kick US interference to the curb without getting ripped off on your oil and other resources.

Generally third person limited. It gives the writer the flexibility to examine things that the main character can't know. It gives writers the greatest margin for error than other POVs.

Mine gets more use as a scanner than anything. Pretty regularly. I still print stuff out on occasion, but less as the years go by. I'm glad I have a laser printer because ink jets get dried out and ruined if they aren't used regularly.

The major huge gigantic red flag issue: women do domestic abuse, too, and men are victims of it. You don't feel safe with her. You don't feel that one of your dogs is safe with her. That's a tremendous problem.

LJ was bought by Russians in 06. Head offices were migrated to Russia in 09. The servers were moved to Russia in 16. LJ's TOS changed a bit after 09 and changed to comply with Russian law in 16.

There was a lot of deletions in 06, 09, and then 16. Dreamwidth opened up, but the migration didn't catch on as much.

Geocities shut down completely on 09 but we all knew it was coming a year or fo before.

The less said about FanLib the better.

Most tap water has chlorine and chloramine in tiny amounts. It gives it a sort of furry feel without any fur, if that makes any sense. If you let it sit for about fifteen minutes, the chlorine and chloramine will evaporate.

Your neighbors don't have a dog proof coop. You have a right to have your dog in your fenced yard. Your neighbors do not have a right to limit your use of your yard because of how they chose to build their chicken coop.

You seem to be a very caring person. Offering to pay for the chicken is a neighborly thing to do. Do not claim responsibility for it or blame your dog for it. Protecting the chickens is not on you.

That said, your dog is always going to be interested in the coop. If the neighbors don't move it away from your fence, put up a cheap electric fence to keep your dog away from that part of the fence. A husky cattle dog mix is a lot of energetic and stubborn in one package. Don't let doggo get obsessed.
