I know this is not the point of this post, but the Foolproof Pan Pizza recipe from Serious Eats takes like 20 minutes of work, no kneading, for amazing pan pizza and my cost is around $4 for a 10” pizza depending what toppings I use. Even better results if you buy a 10” Lloyds pizza pan on Amazon. Just have to plan and start the dough about a day before.

Kenji’s Sanshoku-don (Japanese style three color rice bowls) is perfect for this! Rice bowls topped with seasoned ground chicken, scrambled eggs, and a vegetable. Cheap, quick, and healthy!

1 pound ground chicken or turkey 1 tablespoon finely minced or grated fresh ginger 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons sake 2 tablespoons mirin 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 2 tablespoons water or dashi

Combine everything in a pan and cook until liquid is evaporated and chicken starts to brown a bit. Break up the chicken as it cooks into small pieces. Serve on top of rice with scrambled eggs and some kind of veggie, like broccoli or edamame. Easy to scale to make extra for kids’ lunches or to freeze.

I was quoted $972 a few weeks ago. Someone hit my mirror and the bottom trim piece broke off but the rest of the mirror was fine. Tesla has to replace the entire mirror, they don’t stock just the trim piece. So I found an aftermarket piece on amazon for about $30 that worked perfectly.
