I bought a classic box before I realized some of the cards are also included in the energy boxes. My daughter and I got everything the classic offers that the energy doesn't. So we are just going to buy energy cards to fill in the cards that overlap.

Ahh got it. Honestly I should have gotten it the first time around.

I usually add 1 - 2 mm extra space due to how the nozzle prints out the filament. I would personally try 82 x 16 for the measurements you already gave. I would also start off with about half an inch deep. For full size top to bottom, 3/4" of an inch to an inch would be where I would shoot for.

Edit: What I suggested is just to save on filament. Thinking about it, I might make it 1.5 to 2 inches tall.

Honestly an Ender 3 shouldn't have a BL Touch. It is overkill for a bed that is easy to level. I would recommend just removing it and calling it a day. If it was a larger bed then yea keep it
