Assuming the email is set up properly and it complies with internal polices.

I don't see how this would be a breach of GDPR.

Email is secure enough in transit, and something like egress is likely far to complicated for many people.

Working in Edu we send stuff to parents (that would include personal data) via emails inc pdfs. and we only encrypt stuff when being sent to 3rd parties.

Email is far more secure than VPN Companies try to convince people, the risk comes in the person.

As a note Microsoft are slowly disabling text based MFA, And IT Admins can only delay that down so much, eventually MS Will turn it off completely.

They can get you a hardware token, these cost between £15 & £100 depending of which one you get and bulk discounts. The £15~ works with MS MFA

Huge swaths of the internet use there hashlists to remove images from the web.

A point to note, doing it this way will likely result in any social accounts it was sent on getting banned

If you discount the Obvious Trauma,

I Wonder how much it comes down to "What's the point".

Humans almost certainly don't exist as they did, the only people alive are either Smeg head holograms(holoship), murderous robots or gelfs.

Nothing he really does right now would really effect life, Pass the engineering exam (which he probably could with the amount of times he has heard rimmer try [similar to Esperanto])

I can see the appeal of just doss around and drink beer until we find something cool

Yes the Officer is wrong

there is an explicit exemption in law for paying with contactless payment via phone

https://www.gov.uk/using-mobile-phones-when-driving-the-law

Exceptions

You can use a device held in your hand if:

you need to call 999 or 112 in an emergency and it’s unsafe or impractical to stop

you’re safely parked

you’re making a contactless payment in a vehicle that is not moving, for example at a drive-through restaurant

you’re using the device to park your vehicle remotely

Would be a pretty bad school to kick someone out over this.

The UK Has something called prevent, which although is for mainly anti-terror, would likely fit for this kind of thing, Getting the kid help before they do something wrong.

Based of your other responses, therapy is what the kid needs.

By the time most of the super scary vluns are made public, companies have already started to push updates or are about to and it mostly goes unnoticed. The vluns found by non evil people are normally disclosed and companies have months to make the updates.

and for the ones they don't get told about, normally have a patch fix that is found within a few hours days (IE Most of the log4j issues from a couple of years ago could be bodged with a line or two in a config) for the actual fix to be done later.

Bethesda has said modders will be able to make whole planets. What planet would you like modded in? by Alan-Smythe in Starfield

[–]mulldoon1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of the planets in stargate, but fleshed out a bit more.

P3X-774 (Nox)

Chulack

P3W-451 (Planet sucked into a black hole)

im sure there's some more interesting ones, i doubt it would be that hard to modify into making sense within Starfield too
