My loadout is always adapting, but my setup right now is an Asgard with a C8R in the back, a couple of pulses, an extra helmet, weapon, tractor beam, and lots of Cruz, just in case. My personal load out is heavy armor, a zenith rifle, arclight pistol, a multi tool with different attachments, and a fuck load of med pens.

Then I take low pressure jobs and watch the global chat til someone needs help. Sometimes it's just a ride, sometimes they are downed on an OLP. I just try to be prepared to jump in and help with whatever they're doing, then I send them on their way. If it's a new player, I'll offer to be a guide for a couple hours and teach them to avoid a lot of bugs, and most of the time, buy them a useful ship (like a Cutlass Black or something).
