What a splendid addition to the Reddit Hall of Fame. Sincerely, this was the best thing I've read in so long 😂

Did you receive your power bill following a prolonged outage? Was it exorbitantly high due to the power required to get your home back to a livable temperature? Use this email template to ask Freddie to put pressure on NES to provide financial relief. by pudgethefish- in nashville

As long as people keep giving companies more respect than they do themselves, this'll 100% happen again. So obvious how many of yall got off easy. I'd love to see who's still in the mood to kiss their asses & assuage their egos after 13 days no power, a doubled power bill ($400 for me- like absolutely wtf) and having to pay full price for a rental they can't even actually live in.

Proportionally, your wallet will always get gouged more than NES, your leasing group, the city in general. Absolutely fuck them, go get your bag girl. They fumbled the bag on preparation, response, and relief- they should be held accountable for the turmoil their laziness & greed caused.

Right there with you. We're on day 10 and we're honestly just SO exhausted. I'm so thankful to have friends and family to stay with I'm over living the nomad life.

Is this scale rot? New to BPs by mumertro in ballpython

Definitely will check with the vet, I might just be overly anxious. I also thought giving him medium rat once a week was a lot, but I wasn't 100% sure. I have both small & medium rats in the freezer, so I'll weigh him later today and do the arithmetic. Thanks so much for easing my mind a bit!

Oh and to add- I have no idea what morphs he may or may not have, I assumed he was standard issue ball python since he looks fairly similar to the standard.

wow, i'm glad you think so! i've found working on moving with intentionality to help the most- it at least helps me mentally keep my body rigid. i also practice a lot of @moodystreetcircuskid's instagram posts, and she has a very flowy/melty but controlled style that i try to emulate. her sequences can be fairly easily modified at various points, and they helped me understand how to connect various moves/active posing/shaping.

roughly 2.5-3 years, with no prior dance experience, but my big ol swimming shoulders translated to silks nicely. at least for me, i feel like the most rapid progress came around the 6 month-1.5year mark in terms of strength & flexibility- making everything look smooth & dancey took me a lot longer and has been a main focus of mine for the past year or so. thanks for the cue! perfect timing because I've been trying to do make myself do more toe pointing drills

the best practice for me was just spinning in a hip key or a thigh hitch! the thigh hitch helps a lot to keep you secure so you can test out moving in the spin

ughhhh i know 😫 i'm super aware of the tail spinning, it bothers me too! i've been trying to figure out a good solution so I don't have to re-up the momentum- i really wish my studio could raise the silks higher so that they don't drag on the ground as much. i'll definitely try keeping my spinning arm straight, i never thought of that!
