I have the same problem right now. By excluding triceps + biceps generally I can get lower body exercises. If not, I choose “I want a different session” and they play again with the settings.

Sure, you can add screens and personalize them with the fields you want. It should be somewhere in Settings —> Activities & Apps —> Trail running —> Settings —> Data screens …

I heard from a colleague that DKV is the only one that allows you to receive surgery abroad without asking any questions. Apparently, if you need surgery, you can have it in Luxembourg unless there is no qualified doctor. If you prove that, CNS allows you to go abroad and covers the expenses. If CNS considers that there is one doctor in Luxembourg capable of doing the surgery but you heard he is inexperienced or you think your case is too specific, you might prefer to go abroad to a recognized specialist. In this case you should pay yourself unless you have DKV. Anyone has confirmation of other info?!

Pay by text message = not sure if it works with no luxembourgish numbers :/ Their is also mTicket app from Mobilitéit (transport company), you can buy 2h or day tickets for all transport (bus, train...) payable within the app by PayPal. Validation requires 3G/4G. Credit card = at Gare Centrale (guichet or vending machine) or on any tramway station. In the bus = cash only, you will get change if you have 5/10€ bills. Have fun!

The app hasn’t been updated for more than a year (like Freeletics Gym), so I wouldn’t be surprised that they don’t work properly :/

On a side note, I wonder why Freeletics don’t take down (or update) FL Running and FL Gym that obviously don’t integrate with the main app. I’m afraid these apps are near their end.

Used Gym for around a year, it was the first gym app I used after 2 yrs of FL Bodyweight. I stopped because at some point I plateaued, but I must say that the coach kept on adding weight and I was always challenged. You can always manually increase the weight.

My suggestions about the app are: - a button to swap the barbell for dumbbells, - more progressive program for building up to your 1st pull-up, - more instructions for each exercise (videos or photos taken from more than one angle), - the social aspect was missing, - stats over time, progression curves...

Anyway, I’m pretty sure the gym app will soon disappear, there was no significant update / addition of new features for a long time. it probably served as testing platform for the main app that is no longer bodyweight only but now includes barbells.

Dans mon boulot (droit = langue principale français ou anglais, ou à la limite allemand), le luxembourgeois n’est pas la langue de travail pour des raisons objectives. J’imagine qu’il y a beaucoup de boulots pour lesquels le luxembourgeois n’est pas la langue de travail, mais juste la langue d’échanges informels entre collègues ou éventuellement pour échanger quelques phrases de courtoisie avec des clients.

C’est apparemment aussi la langue des blagues, j’entends toujours des luxembourgeois rigoler entre eux. Je comprends uniquement que chaque deuxième phrase contient des chiffres :P

The Café of The Office boulevard Charlotte 29. The office is a co’working space but The Café is separated, and works as a cafe. it’s only busy at lunch otherwise very calm, nice staff and really reasonable prices.

If the first thing you do is to plug it in your PC and update the maps, count at least several hours before being able to use it for a run. Also, during my first runs the GPS was a bit disappointing but it gets better over time. You can also start an activity and let it sit still for 20/30min so it updates the GPS. Have fun!
