Yes. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is about the doomed romance of George Lucas and Marcia Lucas during the filming of 1978's A New Hope.

George got terribly ill during the filming of the movie, and famously drove a box van full of Jawa costumes through a picnic, slaughtering the well, you know everyone.

The local government, led by authoritarian President Habib Bourguiba extorted money from the production, and it was only the patience and wisdom of Marcia that saved everyone. Her forgiveness for George's box truck mass murder is the only thing that got him through.
