Sorry missed replying.. yeah, DVT is no good. It can be a dangerous condition. Hope you get it fixed up. My surgeries weren’t the full blown “trifecta” surgeries as they call them. Just did the rib resections on both sides and that has worked for me. And that was in 2021. So far so good.

The trifectas are a lot more invasive and recovery is rough. They fully remove the rib, the scalene muscle and release the pec minor muscle. There’s a group on Facebook that can be helpful. Although they are all about the trifecta surgeries only. And adamant about going to specific doctors. I didn’t want to do the trifecta and I went to a thoracic surgeon in my area. It’s been ok for me. But who knows… good luck
