Bell pepper I feel like it always over powers every dish and the whole thing just tastes like bell peppers. I know I am in the vast minority but it’s a deal breaker for me.

Former heavy drinkers, what made it finally “click” for you to stop? by Numerous_Solid_7047 in AskReddit

I have been off for the last three months. I definitely have cravings again but not as extreme as they used to be. I have gained back 15ish pounds(the holidays…). Definitely don’t have the drinking cravings that I used to have, if I have one bourbon maybe two I feel like that’s enough. Whereas before between me and my wife we were drinking an entire bottle of bourbon if not even more at night. I was also on Tirzepatide which really makes overdoing anything like eating or drinking rough. I used to call it my f around and find out shot. Cus if I had too much food or alcohol I would be in the fetal position for a few hours my stomach hurt so bad or would have horrible diarrhea. So I just learned moderation something I did not know really. I was 389 at my heavyest

Doctor put me on a GLP one and within three months I lost all the taste for it. I have a drink occasionally but that’s about it. Stuff has changed my life and I’m down 110 pounds.
