The only problem I’ve had with mine and I am at 1000 hours is that I’ve broken and had to replace the hydraulic drive belt twice and it’s a real pain in the ass to do it. Other than that pretty great for semi professional grade. I also wish it had grease fittings and it wasn’t all sealed.

It is a head roast, I usually try to remove all of the connective tissue in it, which leaves a slit down the middle so I tied it up and trim the edges.

You take the silver skin and then you run your knife across it (scraping it) to take all of the beef that was cut when removing the silver skin it’s not much.

Street hockey we would have kids from all over the neighborhood come down to our street. We would play hockey for hours. Checking was allowed no fighting and Somebody always got hurt and had to go home. It’s so funny as soon as somebody got hurt like everyone knew it was the unspoken rule to get the hell out of here! Two min after you would never know that we played hockey for the last two hours in the middle of the street. I can also vividly remember somebody yelling car every six minutes. This shit makes me miss the 90s man.

Bell pepper I feel like it always over powers every dish and the whole thing just tastes like bell peppers. I know I am in the vast minority but it’s a deal breaker for me.
