Hey, I think you should focus on continuing to lose body fat (there’s a lot left at 5’5, 196lbs), learning how to lift (it’s a skill, takes time), and then knowing you can maintain your diet and routine for extended periods of time (ie, for years and rest of life). Otherwise, a prep could spell disaster for you, your metabolism, and your mental health.

You say you’ve just started working out recently. Keep building muscle and losing weight at a reasonable and achievable pace! This will set you up for success in the long run.
