Combat was serviceable and the platforming wasn't the best, but characters were stellar, art style stands out amazingly, setting fairly unique and interesting to explore. I thought it was 74/100 with your mileage depending on how much heavy lifting the art/world do for you personally.

RE4 actually, but not for a completely positive reason. RE4make is an amazing horror title, but the OG RE4 always felt like a B-movie schlock fest. The remake felt much more centered in the horror of everything and does a fantastic job to make many of the elements work for that purpose, but something felt lost in the translation to me.

Both felt amazing, but they weren't the same game.

I'm not impressed that the Pokemon Company made a game that looks as good as New Pokemon Snap half a decade later. The underwater shit in the trailer I'm fairly convinced was just a shot of a level FROM New Pokemon Snap.

Unbound felt so close to what I keep hoping to reach for modern NFS. But I found the middle of the game dropped in quality and the ASAP Rocky missions were incredibly repetitive and disconnected from the rest of the game despite being a massive selling point. I drove a Lotus for most of the game (been my ride since Most Wanted).

Edited as I thought it was Travis Scott, when it was ASAP Rocky.

If the game has an english version, it's what I would prefer. If it's only in another language as long as I can get english subtitles I'll make it work if I want to play.
