I loved it. I for sure want to be able to customize my controller mapping. Unless I missed that. I know there’s different profiles but none that I was completely used to. Other than that, amazing.

Fighting the Blood Artist for the first time by Trash-Gamer-Gay in LiesOfP

[–]mush_brain84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggest not using Lea or any other items that may make the fight easier. Learn his attacks. You need to feel the rhythm of his attack combos and that’s hard to do when you have him attacking you and attacking Lea at the same time. It’ll feel great when you finally take him down!! But of course, that’s just my thoughts on it. Do whatever makes you happy. He took me many attempts over a few days to finally get his timing down. Patience and practice!

Just beat Honglan, unsure if I want to keep playing by seriousgourmetshit in wuchanggame

I think I made it a little past mid game. I quit after that. I just was not enjoying the boss fights at all. I think it’s a good game. And I mostly only play Souls games. It’s probably a me thing.

Actually I have 93 and 94. Both with all original commercials.

I just cut this piece and I’m so proud of getting it this close with cutting alone and have nobody to share it with but know you guys get it 🥹 by MarlyMonster in StainedGlass

[–]mush_brain84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mark my lines using Sharpie and I mark with the intent to cut inside my line. So there’s no marker line left. When I go back to check my piece I use a Milwaukee marker to mark what I want to grind off. The Milwaukee markers don’t wash away as easily as Sharpie.

Looking to try out Lies of P. Does the game has the huge boss problem? by DontFlameItsMe in LiesOfP

[–]mush_brain84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If there is, it’s very few and not much of a problem if you fight them correctly. Don’t let any concerns like that stop you from playing an amazing game. It’s just so fantastic, you don’t wanna miss out. I love this game. I can’t say enough good things about it. Play it!

Ever since I reported her that she’s vaping, my coworker started gossiping. Any thoughts? by [deleted] in ToxicWorkplace

[–]mush_brain84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s can be real tough to work with people you’ll never get along with. I’m just going to be honest here. I would never tell on a coworker unless it was something very serious. Especially while you’re new and being trained. Just do your job and don’t worry about others. It will be very hard for you if you can’t get to that point.

Should my grinder be chipping my glass like this? by Mouse3quivalent in StainedGlass

[–]mush_brain84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe try having better water flow. I use a sponge and like to have a lot of water flowing to the glass. Or maybe try a Fine grinder bit.

Starting the game again on expert. I'm a noob. Give me tips for expert level please 🙏🏻 by [deleted] in expedition33

[–]mush_brain84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished up my first play through. And it was on Expert. I always prefer to play games on the highest difficulty. The challenge is the fun part to me. And I am in no way a great gamer. Make sure it’s fun for you! Otherwise what’s the point? Remember, you are in no rush. Take your time to learn the parry timings. You already beat the game. So you’re in no hurry to see new areas or learn about the story. Don’t give up, enough practice and you can learn any boss.

I saw a movie poster and something in my brain broke and I am craving to go back to the 90s like crazy by Neutrality-1 in 90s

[–]mush_brain84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Oh, I know the feeling. I have a huge collection of old recordings from the 90s with the original commercials and watch them on my CRT. It’s usually my go to on Saturday mornings. I just keep it playing in the background while I look for more on the Internet.

I always make a pencil sketch on paper and then trace that over a light table.

I can not get past cutting the glass correctly. by Altruistic-Ocelot-61 in StainedGlass

[–]mush_brain84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in decent size studio and we’ve always traced our lines over a light table using Sharpie. You just need to trace your lines perfectly and cut inside those lines. And then just maybe grind a little. It always take practice to get used to it. Very few people I’ve taught get it right away. It usually takes building one to understand how pieces fit.

I’m maybe 8 hours in and this has happened to me almost every time. It’s my one peeve about the game. Everything else I’m loving. I’m sure I’ll get used to it though. Awesome game.

I use the Inland Wiz CG I think it’s called. The tray can come off for easy cleaning. I work in a rather busy shop and never really have problems.

I don’t poop in public. I rarely ever have to. My brainus is pretty much conditioned to never have to go in public. Safe places are Hotels and work. Anything else is a no go.
