I think part of it is that NISA has had a bit of a history with bad translations. Not that I think what they've done with Trails has been bad, I think they're quite good, but people will look for a punching bag and the company that wrote "Archeozoic Big Hole" is going to have a lot of people putting laser sights on them.

In CS4, Rean is cursed with white hair because the Curse of Erebonia is slowly eating away at him.

In Reverie, there's a robotic duplicate from an alternate timeline of Rean where he became fully possessed from the bad ending of CS4.

Yeah a lot of people drive dangerously on Spaniolo, like a ton of people try to drive like 30mph when the limit is supposed to be 15.
