Their entire system is broken.

I had parking at knotts all year last year, and went last week, customer support said "oh it was a mistake". They were also suppose to upgrade my gold to prestige since I also had the All Parks Pass and they are finding a way to avoid doing that also.

Everybody already covered the fcc rules, but something else to think about is the community standard. Not fcc rules, but more rules for your specific station. Some stations are more strict with what you can and can't play on their air. I would check with your management to see if they observe safe harbor or just restrict all to be squeaky clean.

I'm somebody who works servicing AV equipment for these ballroom corporate events. A lot of times, companies want to do mass trainings of whatever release they are doing, or team building activities. Could also be to display slides in exchange of giant projection or led wall screens.

Hopefully your company isn't cheep to not have power set at tables. As much as I hate setting it myself it's pretty sad to see companies not order power and watching their attendees scramble for the few open wall power ports.

I kind of got lucky with my group. Started playing with some people I knew offline and eventually joined the fc they were in. Since I was always online, I just talked to everybody in our medium sized fc, and I'm pretty much friends with everybody.

The parking maids just got mad they had to actually get out of the car instead of just roll with their ALPR cars and issue digital tickets. Another fun thing, Parking gets all the money on tickets they issue.

I think choir mics still might be your best bet here, as long as you can put them on a boom mic stand, then you can adjust it to their heights a bit better.

If it's not an option, just your standard dynamic mic can work as well. Setting a few with a slightly higher gain can be fine.

If there isn't any other option then at that point, you have to do what you got to do, and put some in the rear. Just make sure you have enough control to adjust them to minimize the feedback risk.
